Exchange Policy
- The maximum time for exchanges and/or returns is 15 calendar days. For exchanges and/or returns, the garments must be with their original label and in perfect condition.
- Exchanges and/or returns are not accepted if the pieces have been used, fixed or modified.
- We do not offer refunds, but we will gladly exchange your item for another color size or another product. Otherwise you will be granted a store credit.
- When the exchange and/or return is through an e-commerce platform, the customer is responsible for the shipment costs.
